Who we are

What we collect when you join the test group
When you sign up on this site we collect your first name, email address, country, and anything you choose to write in the optional note, together with the time of your sign-up and the page you signed up from. We do not collect anything else from the form. Please do not include health information in the note.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use these details for one purpose: to contact you about taking part in testing and early access to the Adalyon wearable, and to tell you when the test group opens in your country. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will stop contacting you and delete your details.
Where it goes
Your sign-up is stored in a Google Workspace spreadsheet managed by Adalyon, and a short notice is posted to our internal Slack workspace so the team can follow up. The website runs on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up until the test group has concluded or for 24 months from your sign-up, whichever comes first, unless you join a study, in which case the study's own consent and privacy terms apply. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to or restrict our use of it. Email support@adalyon.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) or your local supervisory authority.
